The tender is currently in the Award stage, with the contract having been signed on 19 September 2017. This opportunity has a total value of £9.5 million, and while the initial tender submissions closed on 11 May 2017, the awarded contractor is expected to deliver various external and internal maintenance services over a contract period that may extend up to 24 months.
