In addition, the Service Provider is required to deliver escorted services and disabled access services. The service will be available for call-offs 365/366 days per year, 24 hours per day without exception. This lot will operate only in the North Council Area, further details are provided within the tender documents. Renewal: 2 x 1 year aextensions Lot 2 South Council Area The Service consists of the provision of Taxi Hire Services for identified people resident within East Ayrshire of a planned, urgent and emergency nature. In addition, the Service Provider is required to deliver escorted services and disabled access services.
