This investment programme is termed the Enabling Infrastructure Integrated Public Realm (EIIPR) project, and it has become colloquially known as the "Avenues" project due to its underlying ethos of creating connected, green routes across the city centre. This tender relates to Block A which contains seven Avenue locations as follows :- - Argyle Street west - Argyle Street east - St Enoch's Square / Dixon Street - The Underline - Sauchiehall Precinct - Cathedral Street - North Hanover Street.
