Port of Leith Housing Association (POLHA) is seeking to procure a consultant/contractor to carry out Legionella Preventative Monitoring and Water Hygiene Services in accordance with "The control of legionella bacteria in water systems, Approved code of Practice and Guidance (L8)" and Scottish Water Bylaws 2004. Works will include legionella sampling, tank inspections, TVC sampling, and other associated services throughout their property portfolio. This portfolio includes four principal property types, viz: 1. Special Lets 2. Standard Property - typically domestic dwellings (with pumped water and communal tanks) 3. Head Office 4. Sheltered Housing
