## Notice

### Lot Information

Lot 1

The contract which results from this tender process will be a Framework Contract let under the terms and conditions of the NEC3 Framework Contract April 2013 and subsequent amendments. All work awarded as a result of this Framework will be under the terms and conditions of the NEC 3 Engineering and Construction Short Contract (ECSC) - April 2013. Works which are funded by Glasgow City Region City Deal will also be procured through this contract and issued as separate Call Off Invitations to Tender (ITT). These works will include additional quality questions and additional Z clauses as required. The Framework Contract which results from this tender will run for 2 years, with an option to extend for a period up to a further 24 months in increments of 12 months at the Employer's discretion, subject to satisfactory performance and available funding.
