This procurement falls within the services category and is currently at the Award stage following an open procedure. The contract, which has a total value of £1,800,000 and was signed on 26th July 2018, will focus on rehabilitation efforts within Council-owned properties consisting of 29 one-bedroom flats located in South Edinburgh.

Companies that can demonstrate flexibility in service provision and a strong track record in behavioural rehabilitation and community reintegration will be well positioned to compete. Moreover, the emphasis on community benefits indicates a preference for suppliers that aim to generate social value alongside service delivery, further enhancing possibilities for business growth in the sector.
