The Scottish Police Authority owns perpetual licences for this system and to allow Police Scotland to operate the system effectively and enable compliance with statutory payroll obligations, a maintenance contract requires to be in place with SumTotal Ltd. ### Procurement Information Police Scotland requires to extend its existing payroll arrangements to ensure continuity of payments to staff. SumTotal Ltd is the only provider of maintenance services for the Cyborg Payroll System at legacy Strathclyde and the proprietary owner of the system IPR. No other supplier can provide the maintenance services that require to be extended.
