This particular Notice relates to Lot 2 Project Development, Appraisal, Delivery and Review. The Framework has been awarded for 3 years with an optional 1 year extension. It is estimated that the total value of the services for this Lot over the maximum duration of 4 years will be between GBP1.46m and GBP1.6m excluding VAT. This is the figure which has been used in II.1.7, II.2.4 & V.2.4. This is based on an estimated annual value of between GBP366k and GBP400k excluding VAT.

### Lot Information

Lot 1

These services will be required from October 2017 for a period of 3 years, unless terminated in accordance with the provisions of the Framework Agreement, with HIE having the option to extend for a further one year period. The contract has been awarded under a multi supplier Framework basis. 6 suppliers have been appointed to this Lot. The total value of the Project Development, Appraisal, Delivery and Review framework, including any possible extensions, is up to GBP 1600000.. Economic operators may be excluded from this competition if they are in any of the situations referred to in Regulation 58 of the Public Contracts (Scotland) Regulations 2015.

Options: HIE may require the supplier to provide additional services. Any such modification shall be in terms of Regulation 72 of the Public Contracts (Scotland) Regulations 2015.

Renewal: This Framework will be awarded for 36 months with an optional 12 month extension.
