Lot 1 - North Area consists of Cumbernauld, Kilsyth, Airdire, Coatbridge.. Economic operators may be excluded from this competition if they are in any of the situations referred to in regulation 58 of the Public Contracts (Scotland) Regulations 2015. Renewal: This contract has the option of two further periods of extension of up to 12 months each at the sole discretion of the Council.
