## Notice

South Lanarkshire Council (the Council) invites bids from those companies (bidders) to provide the goods required for the next phase of our Street Lighting Improvement Programme - 2017-2018 LED Requirements.The contract which results from this mini competition will be on the basis of the Conditions of the Scotland Excel Framework for Supply and Delivery of Street Lighting Materials, Lot 8 LED Lanterns, Reference 16-13 and shall include the additional conditions specific to the Contract detailed on Page 11 under Contract Specific Instructions.The Street Lighting Improvement Programme has been divided into scenarios. This Mini Competition will cover scenario 5.Bidders are invited to tender for all included items that they are able to supply, however the Council will in the first instance consider bids for complete scenarios only, and will thereafter consider partial scenarios, Sections or bids for single materials only where these are particularly advantageous.
