## Summary

The West Dunbartonshire Council, a regional authority based in Dumbarton, UK, has recently completed the procurement process for the "Glencairn Greit House Refurbishment" project. This contract falls under the works category and involves significant refurbishment of a listed building, including window replacements and internal renovations. The procurement method was an open procedure, and the contract was awarded to Go-Wright Ltd on 17th August 2017. The project addresses the historical significance of the building, which is critical for maintaining its character and securing future uses.

This tender presents an excellent opportunity for local construction firms, particularly those specialising in heritage renovation and restoration work. Suppliers with expertise in leadwork, electrical installations, slate work, and window replacements would be particularly well-positioned to compete in similar future tenders, ensuring they align with the specific requirements of such historically important projects. Businesses seeking to grow should consider engaging with public sector contracts, especially within the context of local authority initiatives, which can enhance their portfolios and strengthen community ties.

## Notice
