### Lot Information

Lot 1

Stirling Council requires a contractor with relevant proven experience to undertake this project across three Stirling Council properties. A description of the work to be undertaken at each property is provided below: Works at Bannockburn Primary School The winning contractor will be required to undertake works including replacement of existing fire doors, general decoration, installation of suspended ceilings, electrical work and other general builders work. Works at Braehead Nursery The proposals include a general refurbishment with trades including joiner work, plumbing work, decoration and electrical work to facilitate a new nappy change facility and an increase in nursery capacity. Works at St Mary's Primary School, Bannockburn Works are required to upgrade four classrooms and upgrade the existing smoke detection throughout the property.
