This framework agreement is intended to set up an arrangement for the procurement (by the contracting authorities to entitled to purchase under the proposed framework agreement) of the supply and delivery of fire extinguishers, fire blankets, hoses, fire reels and associated products.. Economic operators may be excluded from this competition if they are in any of the situations referred to in Regulation 58 of the Public Contracts (Scotland) Regulations 2015. Renewal: The contract will run for an initial 24 month period, with an option to extend for up to a further two 12 month periods.
