## Summary

Scottish Water is conducting a procurement process titled "Scottish Water Horizons Consultants & Contractors," aimed at sourcing services in design, repair, maintenance, and various consultancy roles within the water industry. This selective tender is currently active in the UK, specifically around Stepps, Glasgow. The submission deadline for proposals concluded on 5th June 2017. The procurement is structured as a negotiated procedure with prior call for competition, with an emphasis on providing a framework that encompasses seven distinct lots encompassing a range of service needs.

This tender presents substantial business growth opportunities for firms engaged in water sector consultancy, civil engineering, and related services. Businesses that specialise in design, construction, and maintenance, particularly those with the necessary accreditations such as CSCS or DOMS and experience servicing public sector clients, will find this an ideal bidding opportunity. The potential contract values range from thousands to potentially millions, particularly in areas such as design-build services and maintenance projects, making it an attractive prospect for qualified contractors seeking to expand their portfolio within the Scottish water services domain.
