## Summary

The Registers of Scotland, located in Edinburgh, is currently in the planning stage of a public procurement process for an "Employee Benefits" programme. This procurement falls under the services category and adopts an open procedure, which allows for a wide range of suppliers to participate. The tender is set to end on 29th June 2017 at 12:00, with the follow-up award period commencing shortly after. The organisation has committed to enhancing its employee benefits package, which aims to introduce a more flexible and comprehensive total reward programme for its approximately 1,100 employees.

This tender presents significant opportunities for businesses focused on employee benefits solutions, particularly in areas like dental insurance, gym memberships, health assessments, and home technology offerings. Companies offering innovative and scalable services in these categories would be well-positioned to engage with the Registers of Scotland. Moreover, suppliers that excel in digital platforms facilitating employee benefits could find an advantageous niche, as the procurement highlights the use of online systems for managing benefits delivery.
