The Branching Out programme has been running since 2007. Since then there has been an exponential increase of groups across Scotland. This increase has been driven forward by the Forestry Commission Scotland Central Conservancy delivering Branching Out leader training to interested organisations and individuals. Forestry Commission Scotland has now trained over 70 leaders who are fully qualified to lead Branching Out.Many of these leaders are employed by organisations who deliver Branching Out on behalf of the Forestry Commission. Branching Out leaders and partner organisations are formally invited to tender for the number of groups you have the capacity to deliver in each health board area across Scotland.
