Lot 1

The Works will principally comprise the alteration and refurbishment of the following areas of the 2nd Floor within the Dam Park Building: - a) Classrooms b) Kitchens c) Dining Room d) Staffrooms e) Walk-in Fridge Area f) Corridors and Ancillary Accommodation g) Male and Female Changing h) Staff Kitchen i) Head of Hospitality's Office The Works will include alterations to the existing layout, with new walls/partitions and doors, new suspended ceilings, new finishes, new/reconfigured services installations, and redecoration. The aims of this project is to create a high quality Production and Training Kitchen Installations for the purposes of teaching and training students and to compliment the proposed new Hospitality Suite to be formed adjacent to the facilities. Tenderers should note that the works will commence 29 May 2017 and must be complete by 11 August 2017
