The successful tenderer will be required to develop and design both a website and an intranet site for Renfrewshire Council. It is likely that the current design of the Renfrewshire website would be used as a template for the new website, whilst a new design will be developed for the Intranet. The Intranet will require development and budget is available for this work separately. Renfrewshire Council is headquartered in Paisley and has a workforce of around 7500 staff.. Economic operators may be excluded from this competition if they are in any of the situations referred to in regulation 58 of the Public Contracts (Scotland) Regulations 2015 and any of the situations referred to in regulation 8 and 9 of the Procurement (Scotland) Regulations 2016.
