The scope of materials covered under the framework will include a range of dairy products including but not limited to, whole milk, semi-skimmed milk, skimmed milk, flavoured milk, organic milk, and fresh creams. ### Lot Information Associated Products This Prior Information Notice (PIN) is in relation to the renewal framework for Milk & Associated Products. It is anticipated that the scope of materials covered under the framework will include a range of dairy products including but not limited to, whole milk, semi-skimmed milk, skimmed milk, flavoured milk, organic milk, fresh creams, natural yoghurt, and pure orange juice. Milk & Associated Products Supply & Distribution of a range of dairy products including but not limited to, whole milk, semi-skimmed milk, skimmed milk, flavoured milk, organic milk, and fresh creams. The framework will be awarded on a geographical basis, with the Tenderer bidding for local authority areas which are referred to as "Geographical Lot(s)". Most of these represent an authority area in its entirety, however authorities with outlying regions will be sub divided further. The Tenderer will be able to bid for one, any, or all Geographical Lots without penalty.. Economic operators may be excluded from the competition if they are in any of the situations referred to in Regulation 58 of the Public Contracts (Scotland) Regulations 2015.
