Such suppliers can be sourced either by Communications Service or by any other service in the Council. Outputs will be used for example to: -enhance promotional materials including films, social media graphics, animations, print, advertising, websites and other electronic resources -support media activity eg filmed interviews, soundbites, talking heads, photocalls, official ceremonies, events with councillors, Lord Provost, etc. -provide photos, video (including, where required, audio, copyright-free music and/or interviews and captions) and/or animations to media outlets, web pages, social media platforms and other third parties, as appropriate ### Lot Information Lot 1 The Council wishes to appoint providers to provide the following services. Photography services Portraits of individuals and/or groups, studio based or on location e.g. in an office or school Media/photocall photography Creative photography for marketing/promotion purposes e.g. online and print which will include location, landscape/cityscape, office, building, frontline service delivery with/without people, fine art, event and tourism style Brand photography according to the Council's brand guidelines. http://www.edinburgh.gov.uk/info/20235/filming_brand_and_media/843/council_logo_and_brand Video Services Short videos between 30 seconds to 10 min which can be used online e.g. on the Council's website or social media channels, on media websites, provided to third party websites, used by partners and so on. Sound (including copyright-free music) may be required Interviews to be carried out by supplier (with questions provided by supplier) Captioning, subtitling, graphics and text may be required - provision of computer graphics for titles and captions from packages such as Adobe Creative suite Pre-production meeting/consultation and post-production editing Animation service Animating graphics/infographics for film or social media from digital artwork supplied, including pre-production meeting or consultation..
