### Lot Information

Bus Shelter Maintenance

North Lanarkshire Council currently has in place a bus shelter contract for the supply of advertising shelters and a number of non-advertising shelters in the Council area. Maintenance and cleaning of these shelters is included within this existing contract. This further contract will provide cleaning and maintenance services for bus infrastructure not covered by the existing bus shelter advertising contract.

Options: Tenderers shall note however that in submitting a tender they will be making a standing offer to provide the Bus Shelter Maintenance and/or Cleaning Services under a Contract on particular terms and conditions; the Authority offers no guarantee that any level of business or continuity of business will be transacted under the Contract and the Authority shall not be bound to place any orders or to provide continuity of orders under the Contract. Tenderers shall note however that should the Authority have any requirement for the Bus Shelter Maintenance & Cleaning Services during the Contract period these will be transacted solely with the Service Provider appointed under the Contract - we can therefore increase or decrease the sites included during the duration of the contract to suit changing needs.

Renewal: The Council reserves the right to extend this contract for a further period of 12 months
