### Lot Information

Lot 1

The Project comprises the Upgrade/replacement of four lifts in a phased basis within the existing lift shafts and motor room, including all associated Builders & Electrical Works. Phase One The removal of an existing Top Traction Bed Passenger lift NHS Asset No. 3 located in Ninewells Hospital and Medical School. The removal of an existing Machine Roomless Passenger lift NHS Asset No. 53 located in The Dundee Dental Hospital and replaced by a Top Traction Passenger lift. Phase Two The removal of an existing Top Traction Bed Passenger lift NHS Asset No. 4 located in Ninewells Hospital and Medical School. The removal of an existing Machine Roomless Passenger lift NHS Asset No. 54 located in The Dundee Dental Hospital and replaced by a Top Traction Passenger lift. Completion The lifts will perform as simplex Full collective until both phases are complete and at this point the two lifts in each location will be converted to Duplex Full Collective. The project will also include the necessary additional items to bring the lifts in line with the current British Standards and the Health & Safety at Work Act.
