Lot 1

Fife Council requires provision of an Employee Benefits Package that is low cost or, where applicable, neutral cost through self-funding from National Insurance Contribution savings made by the employer on salary sacrifice arrangements. The Package is to include three Schemes which are: Cycle to Work; Childcare Vouchers; Employee Discounts; and an additional fourth scheme for Car Leasing. It is Fife Council's intention to award this Contract to one Provider for all three services, with a view to considering and potentially introducing the Car Leasing Scheme at a later date.

Options: New schemes may be implemented throughout the course of the Contract if these are of benefit to Fife Council.

Renewal: This shall be extended or renewed on 2020
