The work shall comprise all aspects of painting and decorating work to maintain the existing infrastructure in good decorative order and to protect substrates from the elements. It will also comprise work to new areas where the University estate has undergone repair or alteration works Bidders must complete all sections of the ESPD provided. Bidders should state its intention to subcontract and list any known sub-contractors. ESPD Part IV Bidders will be required to provide examples that demonstrate they have the relevant experience. Bidders should provide details of qualifications held by key personnel directly engaged in the contract.. Economic operators may be excluded from this competition if they are in any of the situations referred to in regulation 58 of the Public Contracts (Scotland) Regulations 2015. Options: The University may require additional paint work which may arise through additional building works or repairs which cannot be planned for.
