The Google product is being end-of-lifed necessitating a replacement. The replacement product must : - Provide reliable search results for the sites it is implemented on - Allow for administrator interaction with result weighting - Be able to search all of *.uhi.ac.uk as required whilst also allowing searches of single sites e.g. only www.uhi.ac.uk or only www.whc.uhi.ac.uk - Be able to exclude nominated URLs from indexing whether single pages or whole sites - Be fully customisable in terms of aesthetic presentation of results - Allow for 'adverts' or 'promoted listings' as configured by administrators - Allow for indexing on demand - Be capable of being implemented by November 2017 - Be simple to implement on all our pages via our CMS Additional / desireable : - Any scope for integration with our web content management system - TerminalFour would be of interest - Services, functions or approaches which you believe are applicable to enterprise education websites.
