Framework Agreement for Roofing Works to Falkirk Council Housing Properties. Falkirk Council manages and maintains approximately 16,000 housing properties in the Falkirk Council area. Overall contract value is estimated as 2,878,000GBP. Falkirk Council is committed to improving the housing stock throughout the Falkirk Council area of operations whilst still maintaining the services to high levels of Best Value principals. Falkirk Council expects that our housing stock will meet the EESSH (Energy Efficiency Standard for Social Housing) by 2020. Lot 1 - Pitched Roofing Labour Only Works Lot 2 - Pitched Roofing Labour Works and Materials Lot 3 - Flat Roofing Labour Works and Materials.
