### Lot Information

Lot 1

The key objective of the project is the successful inspection & testing and minor repairs to circa 502 (no) domestic properties over a five (5) year period 2017-2022, meeting the required legislative and regulatory requirements. In addition it is proposed to undertake some minor repairs and upgrade to smoke & C02 detection to be hard wired and linked into the existing smoke detection systems. All tenants will remain in place.

Renewal: 3 year contract with 2 single years extensions based on performance to KPI's
