The scope of this service contract is to develop a bespoke version of the learning and teaching toolkit for a Scottish audience to provide clear, evidence based advice on effective learning and teaching strategies which are provision to work in closing the attainment gap. ### Procurement Information The EEF toolkit is fulfilling a specific niche that uniquely matches the needs of Scottish education at a time when tackling inequity is being prioritised and the Scottish Attainment Challenge is being progressed to close the socio-economic attainment gap.
