The purpose of the ihub Housing Associate framework is to support local and national priorities by providing a flexible way of procuring independent contractors to provide improvement support and housing expertise. The Framework Agreement is being set up by the Authority and, once it is operational, the contracting and financing of the Housing Associates subsequent contracts will follow the Authorities procedures.
