The Council requires a web based solution that would allow users to access it from any location including home where necessary. Clocking terminals are not required and users would be expected to access the system via their PC. The Council does not require the system to be capable of providing absence management, attendance management or time-sheet management functionality as this is currently provided via the Council's Workforce Management System (WMS) - Chris 21 by Frontier.
