### Lot Information

Lot 1

The Contractor shall be responsible for all works detailed in Section 5 -Works Specification and shown on the Tender Drawings, and in particular, but not limited to, the following principal items. - Establishment of Contractor's working area(s) within restricted available areas; - Provision of barrier(s) to isolate the Works; - Protection and maintenance of facilities for existing CMAL (& other) operations; - Establishment of road and / or vessel access as necessary for plant and personnel to areas of the facility; - Compliance with all relevant environmental, health and safety legislation and requirements, including all additional requirements from CMAL and CFL; - Temporary power provision (as required) out of hours working etc. associated with the changing over to the new distribution system. - New, modified and reconnected final and distribution circuits associated with the external lighting, small power and fixed equipment. - External lighting controls including an uninterruptable supply to certain lighting columns. - Linkspan supply and associated stainless steel containment, isolator/junction boxes etc. - External area (and supplementary) lighting installation, comprising mid-hinged flange mounted lighting columns, post top LED luminaires together with LED floodlights and linear/bulkhead lighting installed and fixed to existing buildings / structures. Demolition/Removal of all fixtures and fittings made redundant by the Works, including distribution equipment, lighting columns, post top luminaires, floodlights etc. - All associated builders work / civils associated with the installation including cable draw pits, underground cable ducts, Cable containment to linkspan outer dolphin, lighting column foundation works, enabling works and making good. - Inspection, testing and labelling (to BS 7671:2008+A3:2015) - Contract documentation & drawings - Demobilisation of Contractor's working areas.
