This is not a replacement but an upgrade which will cost circa GBP 40,000 in additional licences per annum. The aim of this is to improve the service HR offer the business. Open Accounts will not be affected by this change. This will increase our current overall annual spend from GBP 91,880 to circa GBP 132,000 per annum. The current HR Open People urgently requires this upgrade to meet our current HR business requirements.
