Lot 1

This contract is to design, manufacture and deliver a suite of between 10 and 15 A0 or A1 lectern-style or upright outdoor interpretation panels to be erected at sites around the Inner Forth. The boards and their mountings will need to be robust, weatherproof, and as vandal-proof as possible. The information below is a statement of minimum requirements and is not intended to limit creative or original thinking in the preparation of proposals. The tender should include the following: - The cost of designing the boards. The designs will be based on a pre-existing design guide. The client will provide text and images. - The cost of creating any maps required for the design. - Details of the proposed materials and finishing to be used. - Details of the time required to design and produce the boards, including time allowed for proofing. - Details of the number of proofs provided before the designs are finalised for print. - The cost of manufacturing the boards, in a per-board format. - The cost of delivery. - The cost of erection (if this service is offered)
