Generally the works will include:- - Design and provision of safe access / temporary works, to allow safe access for delivery of materials and equipment and removal of debris and materials etc. from the building's rooftop location. - Design and provision of safe and appropriate edge protection system to all perimeter locations of the building's roof, together with all appropriate temporary roof located barriers and restraint systems. - Existing covering to flat roof to be cleaned and cleared of detritus, prior to supply and installation of new insulation board and single ply membrane to main roof, roof housings, and parapet walls and upstands. Location Ravenscraig Court, Inverkip Road, Greenock , PA16 9JD. Timescales The works must be completed within 16 weeks of contract award.
