Each product line is treated as an individual Lot and is awarded on a line by line basis. Each Lot is awarded as a single supplier framework agreement.

Renewal: The Authority is entitled at its sole discretion to extend the Framework Agreement by up to a further two (2) periods of up to twelve (12) months each by giving a minimum of three (3) months written notice of such extension.
