## Notice

Clyde Valley Housing Association are looking to appoint a contractor to undertake external, internal and environmental painter work across our housing stock. In addition, the contractor should be able to undertake gutter cleaning to the same properties selected for decoration works.

### Lot Information

Lot 1

Clyde Valley Housing Association wish to create a measured term framework for works over a 3+1+1 year period, extension subject to satisfactory contractor performance and agreement. Over the duration of the contract, the successful bidder can expect works to an estimated contract value of GBP 325,000 net of VAT (3 year term) and GBP 540,000 net of VAT (5 year term) The work shall comprise all aspects of painting and decorating work to maintain the existing infrastructure in good decorative order and to protect substrates from the elements. Bidders must complete all sections of the ESPD provided. Bidders should state its intention to subcontract and list any known sub-contractors. Bidders will be required to provide examples that demonstrate they have the relevant experience. Bidders should provide details of qualifications held by key personnel directly engaged in the contract.

Options: Clyde Valley Housing Association may require additional paint work which may arise through additional building works or repairs which cannot be planned for.

Renewal: Extensions of +1 year and +1 year subject to satisfactory contractor performance and agreement.
