LOT 1 - Clubs and communities: wider evaluation and Active Scotland Outcomes Framework (ASOF) research

sportscotland is seeking to carry out an evaluation of our 'schools and education' and 'clubs and communities' portfolio. Alongside this evaluation we are seeking to conduct research into the contribution of each of these portfolios against the outcomes in the Active Scotland Outcomes Framework (ASOF). We are commissioning these wider evaluations alongside the ASOF research because we anticipate that they will engage with similar groups.. Tenderers may bid for one or both lots but should state clearly which lots they are bidding for. Economic operators may be excluded from this competition if they are in any of the situations referred to in regulation 58 of the Public Contracts (Scotland) Regulations 2015.
