### Lot Information

Lot 1

Angus Council wishes to procure a counselling service from a suitably qualified and experienced individual(s) or organisation that will help its staff address the issues that may emerge as a result of working with sexual and violent offenders or with children who have suffered from neglect and/or abuse. Service Elements 1. Each staff member will be required to attend four counselling sessions per year 2. Individual counselling sessions will be arranged at agreed intervals between each member of staff and the approved Counsellor. 3. Each session will last for one hour. 4. Individual members of staff may purchase additional sessions at their own expense. Additional sessions will be charged at the same rate as that paid by the Client under the terms of this Contract.. Counselling sessions should take place at a suitable venue, taking into account the comfort, safety and security of staff members and the confidential nature of any discussion. Premises should be located within approximately 20 miles (or 30 minutes) of the towns of Forfar and Arbroath, where teams are predominantly based.
