Lot 1

The Works comprises the removal of existing 3 layer Elastomeric Felt Roofing and Insulation and replacement with new liquid applied waterproof coating and insulations, including all aluminium flashings, rainwater outlets, abutments upstands, drawing channels, temporary supports to all services and telecom cabling, uplift and repositioning of photovoltaic panels removal and replacement of all existing aluminium capping to perimeter. The Contractor will be responsible for phasing the works to ensure that water tightness is maintained throughout the entirety of the works. The Contractor must propose a suitable system and supply all relevant supporting information on the manufacturer and system, their submission has been based on as described elsewhere within the tender documents. Failure to do so may result in their tender being deemed invalid.
