All bidders will be able to select which stage 2 contracts they would prefer to bid for if successful ie. Project 1 or 2 or both. ANTICIPATED TIMESCALES Stage 1 ESPD (Scotland) is anticipated to be issued August 2017. Stage 2 BWC ITT for successful bidders expected to be issued October 2017. Stage 2 PAR & Breadalbane St ITT for successful bidders expected to be issued March 2018.

Project 1 - Blythswood Court.

The two contracts will be procured separately following the issue of the Stage 1 ESPD (Scotland) and contract notice. All bidders will be able to select which stage 2 contracts they would prefer to bid for if successful ie. Project 1 or 2 or both. The second stage tender documents will be issued to the successful bidders through Quick Quote. The individual lots will be awarded to the successful contractors following issue of the 2 lots through Quick Quote.

Project 2 - Prince Albert Road & Breadalbane Street

The two contracts will be procured separately following the issue of the Stage 1 ESPD (Scotland) and contract notice.
