Lot 1

Renfrewshire Council are looking to replace the current Fixed Telephony (Inc 0300 Numbers) , Mobile Telephony and Contact Center services. The Council has its headquarters at Renfrewshire House in Paisley and a buildings estate of circa 180 properties across the Renfrewshire Council area. We also have a small number of home workers out with the Renfrewshire area. The Councils workforce consists of around 7500 staff. The Council is seeking to conclude a contract for the detailed design, supply, installation and migration, configuration, commissioning, project management and full support and maintenance of these services. Economic operators may be excluded from this competition if they are in any of the situations referred to in regulation 58 of the Public Contracts (Scotland) Regulations 2015 and any of the situations referred to in regulation 8 and 9 of the Procurement (Scotland) Regulations 2016.

Renewal: The Council will have the sole right to extend this provision for upto one year on two separate occasions
