Lot 1

Digital Archiving of ScotRail HST Maintenance Records. With the introduction of the HST fleet to Scotland, there is a requirement to store previous maintenance records for the fleet. We require a supplier to: Receive, sort and organize paper records from the existing maintainer Transfer these to a digital format, and dispose of paper records after a notice period Make available the digital records with agreed search and cross-reference criteria Provide access to the records via software or web-based access for ScotRail staff Provide a means of transferring the information in the records to an editable format to allow upload to other ScotRail systems Continue to provide this service for new records generated by the maintenance of the HST fleet.

Options: If services provide improvements to record access and storage then ScotRail would consider these as options.

Renewal: Once in place and having delivered a satisfactory service then renewals would be expected.
