It also needs to support a programme of unified customer marketing & communications activity. Both of these support fulfilment of the organisation's Digital Transformation Strategy which in turn supports the delivery of our 2015 - 2018 Business Plan and in time the Business Plan/Strategy that replaces it. (See Appendix A).For the purposes of this contract the main focus of this will be "maintaining legacy digital services".This is a 12 month contract with an option for a further 12 month extension.
