The appointed contractor will be expected to design and build the new play area. ### Lot Information Lot 1 This Prior Information Notice seeks notes of interest from prospective contractors for the design and build of a new play area at Tentsmuir Forest, Fife. The play area design, equipment and surfacing would need to adhere to the most up to date BS and EN standards, and will need to be checked and approved by ROSPA. Any interested party must submit the following to be considered. - Previous experience of the successful delivery of similar design and build projects. - Experience of constructing/installing/landscaping on sand. - Examples of the type of play area equipment used previously. - Examples of previous play area design output.(Visual representations, artist drawings, 3D drawings etc.) Based on this information (which will not be formally evaluated, scored etc.), SNH and the Forestry Commission will draw up a list of contractors to be invited to submit a formal quotation.
