The current Central Government Banking Services framework is due to expire on 30 June 2018. It is vital that the procurement strategy is correctly informed to ensure that the framework portfolio can be brought to market in its optimal form. Work has commenced in developing the strategy. In order to complete the strategy SPCD recognises the value of suppliers having the opportunity to contribute to his process on a non-competitive, non judgemental basis. This request for information is aimed at collating those views from market participants. This information may be used to develop the strategy to help deliver contractual arrangements for Banking Services requirements. We have attached, for information, the Framework Agreement, the current statement of requirements and pricing schedule. We have also attached historical data providing estimated annual volumes and details of Collaborative Partners currently using the framework. Suppliers should read the attached documents and complete the Request for Information questionnaire.
