For the first time artisan coffee will be roasted and sold in Loch Lomond. As well as being served in The Oak Tree Inn and the growing number of St Mocha Coffee Shop outlets, it will also be retailed on a wholesale basis to other businesses within the destination and beyond. For visitors to Loch Lomond this represents another positive development in food and drink quality and provenance, enriching their experience within the destination. There will also be the opportunity for consumers to purchase small bags of coffee beans, within the destination and by mail order. We require a brand logo that clearly identifies and positions The Loch Lomond Coffee Co. demonstrating its quality and provenance. This brand will need to work across a number of uses including digitally, for websites and social media as well as packaging. We require the following launch treatments within this procurement. 1. A brand logo and identity - using the Loch Lomond Coffee Co. name 2. Packaging for 250g bags (sold for domestic use) 3. Digital logos for use on line and in social media 4. An information poster, explaining the process, provenance and quality, this will be used to explain the roasting facility for visitors.
