The facility will be created in the adjoining kitchen of St Mocha Coffee Shop in Balmaha. We require the quote to cover the complete refurbishment and preparation of the designated area, along with the installation of (supplied) coffee roasting equipment that will be purchased by Loch Lomond Coffee Co. Interested contractors are welcome to view (by appointment only) the site of the facility to help in the process of compiling a quote. The area is 5 metres by 3 metres. The elements that we require are as follows: 1) Strip out of all existing walls, ceiling, flooring, electrical items, plumbing and drainage, with disposal of all unrequired items. 2) Installation of new electrics, plumbing, gas, wastage and drainage to meet the requirements of the coffee roasting equipment. 3) Wall cladding, stainless steel on fire board 4) Installation of new food safety floor 5) Supply and installation of two stainless steel sinks for hand wash and equipment. 6) Installation of new ventilation to existing duct system 7) Installation of provided coffee roasting equipment, testing, commissioning and certification. Work is likely to commence in September 2017.
