For the first time artisan coffee will be roasted and sold in Loch Lomond. As well as being served in The Oak Tree Inn and the growing number of St Mocha Coffee Shop outlets, it will also be retailed on a wholesale basis to other businesses within the destination and beyond. For visitors to Loch Lomond this represents another positive development in food and drink quality and provenance, enriching their experience within the destination. There will also be the opportunity for consumers to purchase small bags of coffee beans, within the destination and by mail order. Marketing: We will promote the new facility and product, initially through a small marketing campaign that will focus on delivering the following activities: a) Promotional photography, videos and a press release to announce the project and product. b) The organisation of a launch event, inviting Loch Lomond businesses and press to attract interest and potential wholesale customers. c) The creation of website content (with e-commerce), social media platforms and the launch of a Facebook advertising campaign. d) Guidance and support on the brand design project, helping to create the new identity.
