The project is for the internal fit out of a museum area and 'front of house' visitor centre facilities as defined by the attached Development Study that was undertaken by Ross Associates and completed in 2016. Since the study was completed, the Heritage Lottery Fund has approved the project as part of the Tomintoul & Glenlivet Landscape Partnership (TGLP) Project. Building works altering and updating the building layout have recently been completed. The fixed price budget for the design and build, including all fees for all disciplines, all disbursements, all consultations with Client and others, all detail designs, all manufacturing and installations, all object displays and all other described and/or implied tasks is 190,861 GBP inclusive of VAT. This figure is 'turn key' and must include all 'expenses' such as travel and subsistence/accommodation, delivery charges, insurances 'preliminaries' and all other indirect overheads. The design and content of the project (as shown in the Development Study) has been approved by funders, project partners and the building owner / operator. Consequently, detailed development designs should follow the defined concept using a 'creative yet pragmatic' approach.
