It is vital to properly treat car parks, steps, ramps, fire exits and other communal areas to defend against both ice and snow with a gritting and snow clearing service that covers all public access routes. SPT are seeking a contractor with appropriate spreading equipment/vehicles, qualified & trained personnel, sufficient levels of grit/salt supplies for the duration of the contract, along with a comprehensive service following HSE guidelines. It will be the responsibility of the contractor to store grit/salt reserves out with SPT's premises. Renewal: Two one year renewals at the sole discretion of SPT. Various Landscaping SPT wish to call upon a contractor for various hard landscaping works which may arise across the estate. The successful tenderer must be able to attend site visits, provide detailed quotes, project plans, and be able to undertake the works out with operational hours if required. Throughout the course of the contract, SPT may call upon the successful contractor to undertake works which may include but not limited to: -Paving -Fencing -Slabbing -Concrete works -Tree felling -Bollard installation/repairs -Landscaping and associated services (Shrubbery, general Gardening etc) There will be occasions where other similar types of work will be required. It is expected the successful contractor will adopt a flexible approach to ensuring the Ad-Hoc requirements of SPT are met for activities reasonably considered to fall under the category of Ground Maintenance. There may be a requirement for works at little or no notice throughout the duration of the contract; therefore tenderers should highlight their ability to react to the short notice and emergency requirements of SPT.
